Ideally before land purchase or at the earliest architectural stage, when site, program and investment can still inform one another.

Yes. We collaborate with select architects and designers, or assemble an integrated team around your project.
How long does a custom home take?
Most residences require a meaningful design and preconstruction period followed by eighteen to thirty months of construction, depending on scale and approvals.
How is investment managed?
