Effective October 13, 2026.

These terms apply to use of mudsilldigital.com, operated under the Mudsill Digital name. Questions can be sent to info@mudsilldigital.com or raised by calling 319-981-7159.

Website information and inquiries

This website explains our website development, marketing, search optimization, software, and automation services. Information on the site is general and may change. Sending an inquiry does not place an order, create a client relationship, or commit either party to a project. We will discuss fit, scope, and next steps directly.

Project agreements

Paid work is governed by the proposal, statement of work, or other agreement accepted for that project. That agreement should specify the parties, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, client responsibilities, revisions, timeline, ownership, hosting or maintenance arrangements, and cancellation terms. If a project agreement conflicts with these website terms concerning the project, the project agreement controls.

Additional work, third-party costs, advertising budgets, ongoing support, and changes to scope must be agreed before being included. These website terms do not establish a default project price, deposit, refund policy, or subscription.

Client materials and approvals

If you provide text, images, logos, data, or other material, you must have permission to share it and authorize its intended use. Do not submit confidential credentials, payment information, sensitive personal information, or material you have no right to use through a general inquiry. Specific handling of confidential materials and project approvals is addressed in the project agreement.

Intellectual property

Website copy, designs, graphics, code, branding, and demonstrations are owned by Mudsill Digital or their respective rights holders unless stated otherwise. You may view the site and share links to its public pages. Reproduction, resale, distribution, or reuse of protected material requires permission or an applicable legal right. Ownership and licenses for paid deliverables are set out in the project agreement. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Demonstrations and examples

Fictional website demos illustrate design approaches and possible functionality. Names, testimonials, numbers, and other details within a labeled fictional demo are demonstration content, not claims about an actual client or a guarantee of results. A demo does not define the deliverables of a paid project.

Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, submit malware or abusive messages, impersonate another person, or use inquiry forms for spam. Automated access must respect reasonable technical restrictions and applicable rights. We may restrict misuse while preserving lawful access where required.

Third-party services

Links, hosting, search engines, analytics, advertising platforms, integrations, and licensed components may be provided by third parties. Their availability, policies, pricing, and operation are outside our control. Their applicable terms govern your use of them. Third-party account access for a client project must be authorized by the account owner.

Search and marketing outcomes

We do not guarantee a particular search ranking, Google Business Profile approval, indexing date, traffic level, lead count, revenue amount, or advertising result. These outcomes depend on factors such as competition, platform decisions, budget, business information, offer quality, and customer behavior. Any specific performance commitment must be documented in the project agreement.

Availability and limits

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its general information are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Warranties, remedies, and liability terms for paid work belong in the project agreement.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains website inquiries, essential storage, optional analytics, and privacy choices. These website terms do not replace that policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms by publishing a revised version with an effective date. Changes do not retroactively rewrite an existing project agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Contact info@mudsilldigital.com to discuss a question or request permission to use material.
